"Behind Us" 2022

Behind Us was researched and developed with financial assistance from SK Arts. Through the research of repressed memories, and exploration of gestural movement, Behind Us explores the impact that shameful moments can have on our willingness to be seen. Through movement, and an original spoken word soundtrack developed by Tianna Therriault, this film depicts the desire to be noticed alongside the fear of being seen.

"Bones" 2021

As humans, much of our existence is attributed to our experiences and memories. We don't often understand the impact of a singular moment until we have perspective. Once we recognize the impact of these moments, they are difficult to disregard. Through movement, an audio soundtrack, and an original audio compilation of home videos, this film depicts a brief connection of the past to the present.

 "Synonymous Red" 2020

Imagine a Venn diagram with love on one side and anger on the other. In what ways are the two seemingly opposite emotions similar… or even the same? Through movement and a spoken-word soundtrack, this film suggests that both states of being have the potential to ignore the complexity of situations and to erase the entirety of stories.
