MY
STORY
With over five years of experience in private training, rehabilitation, and performance programming, my work is rooted in helping people move with greater confidence, awareness, and longevity. Drawing from both kinesiology and my career as a professional dancer, I create programming that balances strength, mobility, recovery, and performance while recognizing the unique physical and emotional relationship each person has with movement.
Throughout my professional dance career, I experienced injuries firsthand, which ultimately became one of the driving forces behind my pursuit of kinesiology and rehabilitation work. While touring internationally, I completed much of my degree studies on the road, balancing academics alongside the demands of performing and traveling. That experience gave me a deeper understanding of the realities many performers and athletes face, the pressure to continue moving through pain, the frustration of injury, and the importance of feeling supported throughout recovery.
Today, my experience ranges from youth athletes and general population clients to high-performance performers and competitive athletes across multiple sports. I approach each client individually, creating training environments that feel collaborative, supportive, and sustainable rather than rigid or one-size-fits-all. At the center of my practice is the belief that movement should not only improve physical function, but help people feel more connected, capable, and empowered within their bodies.

As a Registered Kinesiologist and movement specialist, Lindsay takes a holistic approach to performance, rehabilitation, and long-term physical health. Her work combines evidence-based movement training with an understanding that every body carries different histories, demands, limitations, and goals.
With experience working alongside dancers, high-performance athletes, and individuals recovering from injury or chronic pain, Lindsay focuses on creating supportive, safe environments where clients feel empowered within their bodies rather than disconnected from them. Her approach prioritizes sustainability, resilience, education, and individualized care, helping clients move better, recover confidently, and build strength that translates into everyday life and performance.
Lindsay has worked with athletes across multiple disciplines including professional dance, hockey, football, and skating, with specialized experience in dance-specific conditioning and injury rehabilitation. She works extensively with knee, hip, ankle, and hypermobility-related concerns common within dancers, while also developing sport-specific training programs designed to enhance strength, stability, mobility, proprioception, power, and performance longevity.
Whether working through injury recovery, return-to-performance training, or general wellness goals, Lindsay believes movement should feel collaborative, intuitive, and sustainable, not fear-based or one-size-fits-all.
